Delivery & Return Information:

We always go above and beyond to ensure your purchase is packaged safely and dispatched promptly. We have a 99.6 % customer satisfaction score and we intend to improve on that.
We do our best to source the highest quality products around so rest assured even though our prices aren’t the highest, our quality is.
You will have no regrets in purchasing from us.
All of our packaging is recycled paper or cardboard wherever possible.
Orders are dispatched Tuesday – Friday up until 14.00 on a Friday. If you order after 14.00 on a Friday, it’ll be dispatched Tuesday. If you order over the weekend, it’ll be dispatched Tuesday.
All Orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm.
(Allow 3 Days during Peak Periods – Christmas/Sales/Fathers Day) Custom orders such as style sets or custom shave sets, engraving and made to orders take longer.
Estimated Postal Order:
Deliveries within Ireland are usually 2-5 days working after dispatch . Express items are usually 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Dublin deliveries take an extra day due to volume.
Deliveries within Europe can take up to 5 working days after dispatch
UK Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch
US Deliveries can take up to 10 working days after dispatch
Australia/New Zealand can take up to 14 working Days after Dispatch
Rest of the World can take up to 24 working Days after Dispatch
We accept returns up to 14 days from delivery. All items must be in original, unused/unworn condition and resell-able. We retain the right to refuse returns that aren’t as sent but we’re not as*holes so don’t sweat it.
Postage Costs are not refunded on returns.
Cosmetic goods cannot be returned, safety razors, shaving brushes, razor blades, soaps, oils, balms etc.
If there are any issues with any products sold, we will do our absolute most to address these issues in a timely manner.
Refunds/Returns can take up to 14 days to process and goods must be returned to our warehouse.

Custom Orders/Made to Order/Engraved Items
Any custom or engraved orders cannot be returned as they are made to order. All Custom & Engraved orders can take a minimum of 10 working days to complete prior to dispatch.
