As an important part of our value chain, we offer a 14-day return policy. You will receive a full refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). Made to order goods cannot be cancelled – we place the order with our craftsmen as soon as the payment is received and we cannot cancel these. The EU 14 Day cooling off period does not apply to Made to Order goods.
